Mood board is a collage of any images, material or texture samples, color palettes, descriptive words and typography that guide you and help you collect and connect with visual ideas that represent your brand.
When you create your brand mood board, be ready for some introspection and mindful observation.
Look within and look around. Jot down words that resonate with your personality, would that be outgoing and adventurous or intuitive and tranquil? Look around to see what environment enhances those qualities. Is it a busy city at night or quiet morning walk along the beach?
Think about feelings that resonate with you and would resonate with your audience as you will be naturally connected with and attracted to each other. Then think what colours exude those feelings.
